At Liezelijn, we make wrapping extra special with our set of 3 reusable wrapping cloths. These cloths are made of soft tetra fabric in three beautiful colors: beige, mint and blue. Thanks to their convenient sizes (30×30, 40×40 and 50×50 cm), they are perfect for wrapping all kinds of gifts - from small surprises to slightly larger ones.
What is Furoshiki?
These wrapping cloths are inspired by the Japanese tradition of Furoshiki: an ancient art in which cloth cloths are used to wrap gifts, groceries or other items. It is not only a beautiful and creative way of wrapping, but also a sustainable alternative to disposable wrapping paper. The cloths can be used over and over again, so you're not only giving a stylish gift, but also contributing to a cleaner world.

With these cloths you not only make the environment happy, but also children who are less fortunate. For every package sold, we donate €1 to Magical Christmas asbl. This organization buys Christmas gifts for children in poverty. Each gift includes toys and something practical, age-appropriate, so they too can have a magical Christmas.
From crowns to wrapping cloths
The fabrics we use are leftover materials from our birthday crowns that are going out of the collection. Instead of throwing them away, we give them a second life as unique wrapping cloths. That way, the joy of celebration they bring continues, time after time. The cloths are produced with care at tailoring company De Kemphaan, where we support social employment.

This is how to wrap a gift.
- Lay out the cloth and place the gift
- Fold the first point inward.
- Fold the other point and let them overlap.
- Fold the other points of the cloth toward each other.
- Pull this tightly over the gift and tie a firm double knot.
