Shipping costs are listed and charged separately during the ordering process. Liezelijn reserves the right to adjust prices and offers at any time. The price in effect at the time of ordering is the valid price.Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Liezelijn.<\/p>
Establishment of the agreement<\/strong><\/h2>The agreement comes into effect when:<\/p>

Liezelijn reserves the right to refuse an order.<\/p>
Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>Liezelijn strives to process orders as quickly as possible.
The maximum delivery period is 30 days from receipt of order or payment.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer.
The risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Buyer once he (or a third party designated by him) has taken physical possession of the goods.
Liezelijn is not liable for delays caused by third parties (such as carriers) or force majeure.<\/p>
Right of withdrawal (for consumers only)<\/strong><\/h2>The consumer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Liezelijn by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail).
After notification, the consumer has 14 days to return the product.<\/p>
Prerequisites:<\/h3>Products must be returned unused and in original condition<\/p><\/li>
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Reimbursement:<\/h3>
Liezelijn will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.<\/p>
